PC / Server / Infrastructure Support
Consultation for on-site fixes for issues within your infrastructure. Servers are not the same as a regular PC by any stretch short of similarities in hardware. It could be that your entire business relies on a single server to run. Best to make sure it stays running.
Emergency support is different. Assuming your company keeps solid, reliable backups, an emergency jaunt to get you up and running can be arranged.
The run of the mill everyday work horses such as your office laptops and office pc’s are far less a trifle and are essentially treated like a home pc, with extra care considered with the data. Your data is understood as your most critical asset.
If you do not have any type of file storage server, or file storage appliance, it may be looking in to–something like a Synology Box. Not everyone needs a massive domain or active directory; they just need a safe, secure, redundant place to save their files.

Consultation & Project Support
Need a hand with a future project? Looking for guidance or direction, or even a second opinion? If TechPherson does not have the answers you seek, then its entirely possible we can at least get you pointed in the right direction.
As the owner, I do not believe in saying “yes I can do that” with my fingers crossed behind my back. If I cannot do something that you are after, you will be pointed to someone more capable without any fuss, or at the very least a good direction to continue your efforts in. Far more interested in your business (and continued business) than the check.
Pricing and Terms of Service
Most work is based off of an hourly rate with a minimum, but for some projects or consultations a flat fee may be offered instead. Please see the pricing page for further information.
For legal purposes, it must be stated that TechPherson is a “best-effort-only” entity. Any and all expectations for a project or consult or repair dealing with “business critical” equipment must either be covered in a Statement of Work (SoW) Document prior to moving forward, or other documented agreement for services rendered.
Both TechPherson and any potential business client must both be confident that all necessary information prior to work is on the table, and that the work to be completed is well within reach and abilities to the satisfaction of parties present.
